Brett Thompson is a Mining Executive with a total of 40 years of experience in global corporate leadership, project development, and operational management across minerals such as gold, diamonds, coal, and silver. With a strong background in strategic planning and asset turnarounds, his career includes executive roles at Savannah Goldfields, AngloGold Ashanti, and Kimberley Diamonds.
Leading Hand
Anthony has been an integral part of the Silver Star Project for the previous owners with some ten years experience on the mine site, holding various roles that have given him a deep and comprehensive understanding of the property and its operations. As a resident of the Texas township, Anthony has a strong connection to the local community. Having joined the Texas Mine in 2018, his extensive experience and familiarity with the site have made him a key asset to the project.
Nicolette has 15+ years of experience in surface mining, civil construction, agriculture, and resource operations. She holds certifications in Surface Extraction Operations and Civil Construction, along with multiple machinery operation tickets. Her expertise includes heavy equipment operation, livestock handling, project coordination, and leadership, backed by strong technical and organizational skills.

Eoin's track record includes leading a number of companies through an IPO, revitalising exploration efforts at Consolidated Minerals, and initiating groundbreaking projects as Managing Director of India Resources Ltd.
